Local Community Demographics :

Hudson

The quaint, predominantly English community of Hudson spans the western shore of Lake of Two mountains, just north of Vaudreuil along the #417 to Ottawa. Renowned for it’s active village life, mostly upscale homes and waterfront estates, buyers can expect to pay upwards of $ 300,000 for average homes and well over $ 500,000 for superior residences. The rolling countryside is sprinkled with developments, golf courses, inns, schools and churches. Scenic weekend drives, a visit to Finnigan’s antique market, lunch or dinner along the lakeside and a play at the Hudson theatre are all local delights! There is commuter train access to facilitate Downtown Montreal travel and it is only 40 -45 minutes by car. Major shopping is limited however abundant in neighbouring Vaudreuil.
